 When did you first realize you had the singer-songwriter bug?  And how did you act upon that dream?

I realized I had the singer-songwriter bug — or at least the dream of it — in the late ’80s and early ’90s when artists such as Suzanne Vega, Shawn Colvin and the Indigo Girls came on the scene.
